The nominees for the 43rd annual NAACP Image Awards were announced today with Beyoncé, Chris Brown, Cee Lo Green, Mary J. Blige, Jil Scott and Jennifer Hudson all scoring multiple nominations in the music categories. Although the award show traditionally acknowledges “the accomplishments of people of color,” Adele received two noms for Outstanding Song and Outstanding Music Video.
